Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask La Puente). They claimed a resounding 72-18 win over the Pomona Red Devils. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Warriors with their most commanding win of the season.

Pomona lost on Thursday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Rjay Hill, who posted a point and 11 rebounds. Victor Telatenchi also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

La Puente is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points per game. As for Pomona, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
