Basketball Game Preview: Sequoia Ravens vs. Capuchino Mustangs

The Sequoia Ravens are taking a road trip to square off against the Capuchino Mustangs at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sequoia's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.

On Wednesday, Sequoia didn't have too much trouble with Westmoor as they won 56-40.

Meanwhile, Capuchino was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 54-50 to South San Francisco.

Sequoia pushed their record up to 4-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Capuchino, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Sequoia strolled past Capuchino in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 60-44. Does Sequoia have another victory up their sleeve, or will Capuchino turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
