Fletcher entered their tilt with Mandarin on Tuesday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Senators, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Fletcher was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 25-10, 25-17.

Amelia Richter paced Fletcher's offense, picking up 12 kills. Richter got some help from Keely Pou and her 44 assists. Pou was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Fletcher's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Mandarin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Fletcher didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Yulee on the 17th. As for Mandarin, they will take on Creekside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
