After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Perkins, Sandusky was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Clyde Fliers as they made off with an 11-5 win. The Blue Streaks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

Sandusky's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 11-9-1. As for Clyde, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sandusky will host Norwalk at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. The Truckers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Blue Streaks' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Clyde, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbian at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
