Basketball Game Preview: Christian Fellowship Eagles vs. Murray Tigers

Christian Fellowship is 0-10 against Murray since January of 2022 but things could change on Friday. The Christian Fellowship Eagles will face off against the Murray Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Tuesday, Christian Fellowship had to suffer through a 70-42 loss at the hands of Marshall County. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Murray came up short against Paducah Tilghman on Tuesday and fell 78-67.

This is the second loss in a row for Christian Fellowship and nudges their season record down to 6-11. As for Murray, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Christian Fellowship was dealt a bruising 95-68 loss at the hands of Murray in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can Christian Fellowship avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
