Baseball Recap: Saturday's Loss Ends Lincoln's Winning Streak

Lincoln and Monterey squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Lincoln had to settle for second. They fell 6-2 to the Dores. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Lions couldn't push the score so high this time.

Lincoln saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lorenzo Collazo, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Lincoln moved to 22-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Monterey, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-17.

As of now, neither Lincoln nor the Dores have any future games scheduled.
