Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Triumphs

Trinity Christian Academy won the last time they faced Flagler Palm Coast and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors came out on top against the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs by a score of 6-1.

Aaron Watson tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 13 over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Ethan Wheeler was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Aiden Arnett was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base.

Trinity Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Flagler Palm Coast, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Coming up, Trinity Christian Academy will face off against Bishop Snyder at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Bishop Snyder: 3, Trinity Christian Academy: 1.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Flagler Palm Coast, they and Deltona will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
