Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Avalon). They enjoyed a cozy 78-63 victory over the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Black Knights as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Avalon was led to victory by Toran Ayana and Jordan Fox. Ayana dropped a double-double on 24 points and 13 rebounds, while Fox dropped a triple-double on 21 points, ten boards, and ten assists. Ayana continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
