Lake is 8-2 against Fostoria since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Lake Flyers will square off against the Fostoria Redmen at 6:00 p.m.

Fostoria's win came from a few key players Lake will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jatasia Jones, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. Alycia Middlebrooks was another key player, putting up five points in addition to eight assists and six boards.

Fostoria was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Fostoria, their record now sits at 7-10.

Lake didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Fostoria in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 43-39 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lake since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
