Council Rock South's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Central Bucks South on Thursday. Council Rock South came out on top in a nail-biter against the Archbishop Ryan Raiders and Ragdolls, sneaking past 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Golden Hawks in their matchups with the Raiders and Ragdolls: they've now won three in a row.

Blake Jordan looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits.

At the plate, Council Rock South's victory was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Reed Curtier, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Those two runs gave Curtier a new career-high.

The win got Council Rock South back to even at 1-1. As for Archbishop Ryan, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Council Rock South wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-1 victory against William Tennent on the 25th.
