Volleyball Recap: Bishop Conaty-Loretto Takes a Loss

Bishop Conaty-Loretto lost against Carson back in September of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Colts by a score of 2-1.

Among those leading the charge was Priscilla Alcayaga, who had five digs and three aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last eight matchups.

Bishop Conaty-Loretto's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Carson, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-4 record.

Coincidentally, Bishop Conaty-Loretto and Carson will both be playing St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy the next time they take the court. The Colts will head out to face the Warriors at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
