Soccer Recap: Kennedy's Winning Streak Snapped at Six Games

Kennedy and Classical Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Kennedy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Classical Academy Caimans. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Cougars it sure didn't stay that way.

With the defeat, Kennedy broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-14. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those six games. As for Classical Academy, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-3.

Kennedy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Classical Academy, they will challenge St. Margaret's at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
