Springtown won the last time they faced Godley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Porcupines were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Porcupines.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-19.

Springtown was led to victory by Bailey Walker and Kallie Conway. Walker had 11 assists and two aces, while Conway had ten assists and five digs.

They weren't the only good server: Springtown was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in eight consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Springtown has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Godley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
