Volleyball Recap: Fredericksburg V Takes a Loss

Fredericksburg V lost against Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Victory came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0.

While Fredericksburg V was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-22.

Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association had a senior duo take command as Sophia Gits had eight digs and five aces and Emma Smith had three digs and three aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Gits.

Fredericksburg V's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Coming up, Fredericksburg V will face off against Culpeper Homeschool Athletics at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, they will take on Kenston Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
