Boron waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lone Pine Golden Eagles. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 16-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Ashayla Quick paced Boron's offense, picking up 13 kills. Quick got some help from Aaliyah Davis and her 11 assists.

Boron's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lone Pine, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boron will welcome Riverside Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lone Pine, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bishop Union at 5:00 p.m.
