Baseball Recap: Goldwater Comes Up Short

Goldwater was the 5-1 winner over Thunderbird when they last played one another back in April of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. Goldwater fell 6-1 to Thunderbird on Monday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Goldwater's record now sits at 4-7. As for Thunderbird, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

Coming up, Thunderbird will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Deer Valley at 4:00 p.m. Goldwater will be paying especially close attention to Thunderbird's contest: after Thunderbird faces off against Deer Valley, they'll take on Goldwater again at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
