Basketball Game Preview: Colony Titans vs. Rancho Cucamonga Cougars

The Colony Titans will take on the Rancho Cucamonga Cougars in a tournament on Thursday. Colony knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Rancho Cucamonga likes a good challenge.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Titans on Tuesday. Colony claimed a resounding 76-42 victory over Grand Terrace. Colony's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Rancho Cucamonga earned a 63-54 win over Murrieta Valley on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

The victory got Colony back to even at 3-3. As for Rancho Cucamonga, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Colony strolled past Rancho Cucamonga when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 60-42. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
