Volleyball Game Preview: Episcopal Knights vs. Dunham Tigers

Episcopal is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Wednesday. They will head out on the road to face off against the Dunham Tigers at 6:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Wednesday.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Episcopal and West Feliciana, and Episcopal kept the tradition alive. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Saints two weeks ago. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Saints: they've now won three in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Episcopal took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-10, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Dunham got the win against Baker on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Dunham, their victory bumped their record up to 21-5.

Episcopal might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Dunham in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Knights avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
