Soccer Recap: Pell City Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pell City can now relate to. They came up short against the Mountain Brook Spartans on Monday, falling 6-0. The loss continues a trend for Pell City in their meetings with Mountain Brook: they've now lost seven in a row.

Pell City's defeat dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Mountain Brook, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-1-3.

Pell City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mountain Brook, they will take on Homewood on Thursday.
