Softball Recap: Franklin Takes a Loss

Franklin was the 12-1 winner over Hamilton when they last played one another back in May of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Sabers fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 4-3 on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Sabers have lost by just one run.

Franklin now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hamilton, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Franklin and Hamilton will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Sabers will take on rival Oak Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hamilton is set to square off against their familiar foe Wauwatosa East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
