Falmouth is 9-1 against Marshwood since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Falmouth Navigators will be playing in front of their home fans against the Marshwood Hawks at 7:00 p.m.

Falmouth is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Alvirne, who was ranked second in their home state at the time (Falmouth was ranked 21st). Falmouth fell to Alvirne 53-49. The Navigators' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

While Marshwood didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against Biddeford by a score of 44-32 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Marshwood is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Falmouth, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-2.
