Riverstone International hadn't done well against Victory Charter recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Otters blew past the Vipers 3-0. The Otters not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Riverstone International got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 30-28.

Kailani Kurth paced Riverstone International's offense, picking up eight kills. Kurth got some help from Vera Brooks and her 12 assists. Whitney Brooks controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The win made it two in a row for Riverstone International and bumps their season record up to 2-2. As for Victory Charter, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-12.
