Elmwood has gone 7-2 against Lewistown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Elmwood Trojans will look to defend their home court against the Lewistown Indians at 7:30 p.m. Elmwood will be strutting in after a win while Lewistown will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Elmwood turned things around against Astoria/VIT on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 61-43 victory over the Rebels.

Meanwhile, Lewistown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 56-47 to Bushnell-Prairie City. While the Indians didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Spartans 20-12 in the first quarter.

Elmwood now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Lewistown, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-19.

Elmwood strolled past Lewistown when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 52-36. Will Elmwood repeat their success, or does Lewistown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
