Volleyball Recap: Laurel Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Laurel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Lake Forest Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Laurel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Lake Forest, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Laurel and Sts. Peter & Paul will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lake Forest, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Milford on the 2nd.
