Volleyball Recap: Hood River Valley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hood River Valley lost against La Salle back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Hood River Valley ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-17.

La Salle's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Eleanor Baker led the charge by getting 13 digs. Another player making a difference was Abby Martin, who had 11 digs and one assist.

Hood River Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for La Salle, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.
