Volleyball Recap: Cactus Extends Winning Streak to Four

Cactus had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. Everything went their way against the Westview Knights as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20, 25-6.

Skye Moore paced Cactus' offense, picking up ten kills. Moore got some help from Haley Stewart and her ten assists. Addison Martin controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cactus' win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Westview, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season.

Cactus didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Estrella Foothills on the 29th. As for Westview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Peoria on the 29th.
