Basketball Game Preview: Richmond Hill Wildcats vs. Glynn Academy Terrors

The Richmond Hill Wildcats will challenge the Glynn Academy Terrors at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Richmond Hill was able to grind out a solid victory over Tift County, taking the game 38-25.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Glynn Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 50-37 win over Brunswick on Friday.

Glynn Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points per game. As for Richmond Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Richmond Hill beat Glynn Academy 37-29 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Richmond Hill since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
