Basketball Recap: Owasso Wins Going Away Against Lufkin

Owasso had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They took down the Lufkin Panthers 81-63 on Saturday.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lufkin fell to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Owasso is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Ponca City at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Rams their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Lufkin, they will face off against Killeen at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Kangaroos will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
