Melbourne got themselves on the board against Sebastian River on Friday, but Sebastian River never followed suit. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Sharks. The victory was familiar territory for the Bulldogs, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Sebastian River's batters probably weren't too happy with Jacob Hershey, who pitched a no hitter and racked up nine Ks (he gave up a single walk). Hershey has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Dominic Tamburrino, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. Another player making a difference was Tony Burrows, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Melbourne's record now sits at 14-6. As for Sebastian River, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Melbourne will challenge Harmony at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sebastian River, they will take on Central at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
