The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Eliza Everett, who posted seven points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jordan Holmes, who had nine points.

Meanwhile, GRACE Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Wake Christian Academy on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 34-30 victory.

St. David's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7. As for GRACE Christian, their win ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-12.

St. David's was able to grind out a solid victory over GRACE Christian when the teams last played on Thursday, winning 47-35. Will St. David's repeat their success, or does GRACE Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
