Volleyball Recap: Grandview Prep Comes Up Short

Grandview Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the FAU High Owls. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pride of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Grandview Prep was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into FAU High's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-17.

Grandview Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for FAU High, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5.

Grandview Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against The Greene School on the 18th. As for FAU High, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against David Posnack Jewish Day on the 18th.
