Volleyball Recap: Farragut Comes Up Short

Farragut lost against Intrinsic back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Admirals fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The Admirals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-17.

Ethan Miranda was nothing short of spectacular for Intrinsic: he had 17 digs and six aces. What's more, Miranda posted two assists, the most he's had over his last six contests.

Farragut's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Intrinsic, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Farragut will host Spry Community Links at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Farragut is facing Spry Community Links at the right time seeing as Spry Community Links is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Intrinsic, they will challenge Kelvyn Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
