Volleyball Recap: Pearl Takes a Loss

Pearl was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Alcorn Central Bears.

Pearl's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Alcorn Central, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coincidentally, Pearl and Alcorn Central will both be playing Union the next time they take the court. The Bears will head out to face the Yellowjackets at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Pirates will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
