Softball Recap: Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes vs. Hernando Leopards
Bishop McLaughlin Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 21-2 to the Hernando Leopards. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Leopards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 back in February.

Sophie Sanchez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
