Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Lake Howell's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Lake Howell picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fleming Island Golden Eagles.

Natasha Casey paced Lake Howell's offense, picking up 12 kills. Casey got some help from Gladianis Agosto Rivera and her 11 assists. Finally, Casey was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Lake Howell has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Fleming Island, with the defeat, they broke their six-match winning streak and moved their record to 16-5.

Coming up, Lake Howell will head out on the road to face off against Cocoa at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fleming Island, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Oakleaf at 7:00 p.m.
