It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Central had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Baltic Bulldogs 70-22. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won ten matches in a row.

West Central pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points over those games. As for Baltic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

West Central and Baltic are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. West Central will challenge Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Tri-Valley likes a good challenge. Baltic will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on McCook Central/Montrose on January 20, 2026.
