Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Hunter Iverson and Jacory Boyce Lead Las Vegas to Victory

Las Vegas not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since January 6th (when they won 93-61). They put the hurt on the Arbor View Aggies with a sharp 69-45 win. The Wildcats pushed the score to 55-32 by the end of the third, a deficit the Aggies had little chance of recovering from.

Leading Las Vegas to victory were Jacory Boyce and Hunter Iverson. Boyce shot 54% from the field to rack up 18 points along with six assists and five rebounds, while Iverson dropped a double-double with 21 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave Boyce a new career-high in steals (five). Amari Hinds also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Las Vegas' victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Arbor View, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

When Las Vegas and Arbor View next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Wildcats will try to stop Chino Hills' three-game winning streak when they meet at 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arbor View will take on Poway and their three-game winning streak at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
