After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Antigo, Rhinelander was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Northland Pines Eagles. The high-scoring effort was just what the Hodags needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

The win snapped Rhinelander's losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-9 record. As for Northland Pines, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Rhinelander will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
