Baseball Recap: Bremen Comes Up Short

Bremen lost to Glenn back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aiden Alvarado made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs and one double.

Bremen's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 13-4. As for Glenn, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

While Bremen had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
