Volleyball Recap: Forestburg Takes a Loss

Forestburg saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Jacksboro Tigers. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brenna Briles paced Forestburg's offense, picking up nine kills. Briles got some help from Jocelyn Rich and her nine assists. Riley Smith controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Forestburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Jacksboro, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Forestburg is on the road again on Saturday to play Olney at 9:00 a.m. As for Jacksboro, they will head out to challenge Electra at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
