Basketball Recap: Fresno Gets the Win

Fresno hadn't done well against Edison recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Fresno Warriors walked away with a 49-40 victory over the Edison Tigers. The 49-point effort marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Despite the defeat, Edison had strong showings from Ladell Brooks, who posted 19 points, and Brian Moton, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine boards. Miguel Lopez was another key player, putting up three points.

Fresno now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Edison, their record now sits at 2-6.
