Soccer Recap: Clinton Victorious

Clinton kept a clean sheet against Lafayette on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Commodores 1-0. Clinton wouldn't have won without Wes Ambrose, who scored the game-winner.

Clinton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lafayette, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Clinton will take on Tupelo at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lafayette, they will challenge Oxford at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
