Soccer Recap: Windham Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Windham can now relate to. They came up short against the East Hampton Bellringers on Friday, falling 7-1. While losing is never fun, Windham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut soccer rankings (they are ranked 118th, while East Hampton are ranked 14th).

Windham has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for East Hampton, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 15-0-2.

Windham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hampton, they will challenge Montville on Tuesday.
