Volleyball Recap: Phillips Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

It was a proper cat-fight when Phillips challenged Englewood Stem on Monday. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Panthers, sneaking past 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Phillips got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-18, 23-25, 25-21.

Phillips' victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Phillips will challenge Corliss at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Englewood Stem, they will be playing at home against Catalyst-Maria at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
