Volleyball Recap: Mounds View Takes a Loss

Mounds View suffered their biggest loss since September 16th on Tuesday. They came up short against the East Ridge Raptors, falling 3-0. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Raptors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mounds View has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for East Ridge, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mounds View will take on rival Woodbury at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, East Ridge is set to face off against their familiar foe Cretin-Derham Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
