Softball Recap: Rustburg Red Devils vs. Randolph-Henry Statesmen
Rustburg won the last time they faced Randolph-Henry and things went their way on Monday too. The Red Devils' pitcher stepped up to hand the Statesmen a 7-0 shutout. The game was the first time the Red Devils have beaten the Statesmen on their field since March 24, 2022.

Not much got past Laila Bigham, who gave up just two hits and racked up 15 Ks to keep Randolph-Henry off the board. Bigham has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances.
