The Easley Green Wave will face off against the High Point Academy Grizzlies at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Easley took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against T.L. Hanna, sneaking past 70-68.

Easley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ethan Crews led the charge by going 7 for 14 en route to 22 points. The matchup was Crews' 15th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Miles Campbell, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, High Point Academy had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Friday. They blew past the Wildcats 70-48. The Grizzlies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.
High Point Academy found their leader in sophomore J'Sean Sanders, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 boards. Sanders is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last four games he's played. Trapp Morman was another key player, going 6 of 10 on his way to 17 points and five rebounds.
High Point Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in ten consecutive games.
Easley's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.4 points per game. As for High Point Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 16-2.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Easley and High Point Academy are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Easley hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 68.1 points per game. However, it's not like High Point Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 73.8 points.
