There's no place like home for Enka, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Brevard Blue Devils by a score of 6-2 on Wednesday. For the Jets, this counts as revenge for the 5-4 victory the Blue Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Ty Aycock was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one double. That triple marked the first that he hit this season. Tanner Stewart was another key player, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.

With the win, Enka broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7. As for Brevard, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Coming up, Enka will be playing at home against McDowell at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Enka's pitchers better be ready for this one: McDowell has averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Brevard, they are taking a road trip to take on Patton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Patton will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Brevard surely won't give up without a fight.
