Basketball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Eastern lost against Scottsburg back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eastern Musketeers took a 54-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Scottsburg Warriors.

Eastern's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Scottsburg, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 5-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern will challenge South Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Scottsburg, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Seymour at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
