Herriman hadn't done well against Bingham recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Miners by a score of 4-1. Four seems to be a good number for the Mustangs as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Talen Mietchen looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in 11 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kayson Thomas, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Cache Carter was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for Herriman and bumps their season record up to 12-13. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Bingham, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Herriman nor Bingham have any future games scheduled.
